ORIENT REFRACTORIES
Orient Refractories Limited (ORL) had been a public limited company incorporated on 26th November 2010. ORL had been a market leader in manufacturing and supplying a wide variety of Refractories and Monolithics in India and International markets. In 2013, erstwhile RHI AG acquired 69.6% of the share capital of ORL, thus making it a subsidiary of the global refractory company. Subsequent to the merger of RHI AG with Magnesita and formation of the RHI Magnesita Group, ORL became one of the Indian subsidiaries of RHI Magnesita N.V. Prior to integration of the Indian subsidiaries of RHI Magnesita, ORL had an annual turnover of Rs 626 Crore for FY 18.
RHI INDIA
RHI India Pvt. Ltd. had been the wholly owned Indian subsidiary of RHI Magnesita. It had been involved in selling refractory products and services to Indian steel industry. With 8 sales offices across the country, RHI India was involved in sourcing products from various RHI Magnesita group companies to supply to Indian customers. Prior to its merger with ORL and subsequent formation of RHI Magnesita India Ltd., the company had a annual turnover of Rs 498 Crore for FY 18.
RHI CLASIL
RHI Clasil Pvt. Ltd. had been leading manufacturer of high alumina based refractory products with its plant in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh. Incorporated in 2006 as a result of acquisition of 51% shares of Clasil Refractories Pvt. Ltd by erstwhile RHI AG, the company had been supplying refractory products to RHI Magnesita customers in India as well as in international markets. Prior to integration of the Indian subsidiaries of RHI Magnesita, RHI Clasil had an annual turnover of Rs 266 Crore for FY 18.
