The launch of ‘Project CAPE’ to implement the CRM system of Microsoft Dynamics 365 has been one of the most important and satisfying benchmarks I have been involved, also the involvement to enable digital transformation in our region is something I am really excited and looking forward to work with everyone.
My challenging moment…
Being new to the refractories industry, it was the biggest challenge for me to understand our wider product groups and the global refractory market. But now once I understand the basic concept about it, my perspective has changed and I am looking forward to learning every day about such a growing and essential industry.
